Yes, I know...this post is a little late. But, better late than never right? CR2 turned 11 months old on July 18th. And man has July been a busy month. We traveled to the lake for the holiday weekend and returned home to celebrate the 4th with the Powell family at CR2's first Braves game. We have done a little redecorating (pics to come). We have had lots of friends and family pass through, I guess that is par for the course when you live in a hub city! And we are planning a lake trip with my family this weekend! Work has been a bear, and man are we ready for a relaxing weekend!
Back to CR2! Here are a few updates:
- Very mobile...hard to catch!
- He now has 8 teeth, this makes chewing so much easier. Loves to feed himself! We call him a "berry addict"
- Loves Elmo and Mickey Mouse!
- He is all boy! Whenever baseball or golf is on the T.V. he excitedly points and squeals.
- He gives very good hugs!
- He likes ducks??? Very close to saying the word duck.
- He is heavy! Very interested to see what he weighs at the 12 mo. check up.
- He likes to have bare feet. Keeping shoes and socks on is a battle!
- He is definitely developing into a toddler! Lets just say he likes to test the boundaries.
- CR2 is such a funny little man! We definitely laugh daily!

We can't believe our little boy will be a 1 year old in 3 weeks! Where did the time go? We are so excited to celebrate with the whole family at the lake!
