Oh, it was wild all right! Word of advice...when experiencing Disney with a toddler, take a rest day in between park days!
Our day began with an action no parent should ever make...we woke a sleeping toddler. When the hair dryer doesn't wake a child, you probably should leave him be. Anyway, we had breakfast and headed to the Animal Kingdom.
When we arrived we headed straight for the Safari in hopes to see the animals out for their morning feeding. Charlie really enjoyed seeing all of the animals, especially the baby elephant.
As we exited our safari adventure Charlie looked at me with a serious face and said "map", in Charlinese this means "nap". It was 9:30am! dun dun dun...we were doomed!
He dozed in the stroller for a minute, but couldn't get comfortable. It was a blazing hot day!
Just when Charlie would start to lose it we would spot a character...funny how he can turn the charm on when need be.
Stitch thought Charlie's foot was quite tasty!
Ohana means family!
Smooches for Donald!
Favorite family photo of the trip!
Daddy and Charlie with "ChipDale"
Animal Kingdom has a section called Camp Minnie Mickey solely dedicated to character meeting...thank God for the mist fans in this area!
We decided to have lunch at The Rainforest Cafe...big mistake. Every 15 minutes or so a simulated rainstorm would occur, and fake apes and monkeys would go ABSOLUTELY NUTS! Charlie was scared out of his gord. He did not eat and spent the whole time clinging to Mommy!
This is GREAT!
The Happiest Child on Earth...ha!
He wanted to see Mickey so bad...but man was he tired!
Hugs and a smile for Mickey Mouse!
Family with The Mouse
After Mickey we tried to head over to Dino Land...Charlie had a complete MELT DOWN! That is until he spotted Pluto.
Hugs for Pluto
